- Yes, the card on file will be charged every 7 days until the customer cancels their order

DELIVERY POLICY
All deliveries will be made on Fridays between 8 am and 7 pm. We ask that each customer leaves a cooler outside the front door at the address where the product is to be delivered. One of our team members will stop by and place your order inside your cooler. This will ensure that your microgreens stay fresh in the event you are not home to receive your order. If no cooler is present the team member will ring the doorbell once in attempt to deliver your greens personally. If nobody answers the door and there is no cooler we will bring the products back to our farm to be picked up within 24 hours. The delivery fee will unfortunately not be refundable in this instance.

All of our crops are grown to order. We work with chefs on a weekly standard order basis. This ensures reliable availability and guarantees that the crops are being harvested and delivered on time each week. Any order can be increased, decreased or canceled at any time. If an order is increased 2-3 weeks lead time will be required so that we can plan extra crop cycles for your order.

All sales are final. Once the product is accepted we will not issue a refund. However if you feel that you have received sub par product and the issue is addressed upon delivery we will replace the item free of charge.
